American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Fridley, Minnesota. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: MRI Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 8 hours, • Position is based in an acute care hospital with teaching designation and Level 4 trauma status, • Work in the MRI department serving adult acute care, outpatient, and ER/trauma populations, • Uses Siemens MRI equipment, • Work Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., • No weekend shifts required during regular hours, • Rotating weekday overnight and weekend 24/7 on-call is required, • Floating may be required within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals, • Epic (Excellian) charting system is used; experience preferred, • Free parking available in any unrestricted space, • Assist with MRI imaging services for adult patients in acute and outpatient settings, • On-call requirements include potential for 24/7 coverage during assigned periods, • Pre-start modules and onsite training are required prior to the assignment, • Dark gray scrubs are required, • No weekend coverage required for regular shifts, but possible during call, • Ideally, no more than 5 days of requested time off during assignment, • Locals are accepted for radiology positions regardless of distance, • Modules completed prior to start are compensated via stipend\n \n Requirements\n, • Minimum of 2 years experience in MRI in adult acute care, outpatient, and ER/trauma settings, • Current ARRT (R), BLS, and state license required; pending license accepted, • Experience working with Siemens MRI equipment is required, • Epic/Excellian charting experience preferred, • Not open to first-time travelers, • Must provide at least one supervisor reference for consideration, • Must comply with Minnesota state background check and fingerprinting regulations, • Return staff must have been gone for at least one year from last shift as permanent employee, • License required if applicable\n Benefits\n, • High Pay and Bonuses, • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options, • 401(k) Plan, • Weekly Payroll Deposit, • Free Online CEUs, • Generous Housing Allowance, • Travel and Licensure Reimbursements, • Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy With thousands of travel nursing and allied jobs nationwide, our attentive and approachable recruiters find positions that align perfectly with your career aspirations and personal requirements.
