Job Description CSI is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Administrative Support & Front Desk Assistant to help ensure smooth daily operations across the CSI office. This role is responsible for supporting incoming call management, maintaining office productivity systems, and providing key administrative and clerical support. As the primary backup for the First Impressions Coordinator, this position serves as one of the first points of contact for employees, customers, and visitors—making excellent phone etiquette, professionalism, and customer service skills essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple demands with ease, and embodies CSI’s core values and culture. Key responsibilities include front desk coverage, incoming call management, greeting guests, sorting mail, scanning documents for electronic filing, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and assisting with company events. The role also provides backup support to the Executive Assistant and Accounting team by helping with invoice processing, check preparation, bank deposits, and other clerical duties. Salary: $20-$22 per hour Primary Functions Primary Backup for First Impression Generalist • Staff the Front Desk when First Impressions Coordinator needs to be away., • Provide primary roll-over coverage for incoming calls., • Answer and direct calls on multi-line phone system., • Greet and assist CSI guests., • Sort mail and compile check deposit., • Airport pickup and drop offs as needed for employees, customers, and suppliers., • Prep employee birthday and anniversary cards for CEO., • Assist in company event planning and set-up., • Meeting room organization and clean up at end of each day., • Help execute meeting room prep and meal setup for supplier and customer visits., • Backup for Executive Assistant., • Take deposit to bank as needed., • Scan supplier invoices for accounts payable – daily., • Backup to capture, map, and approve vendor invoices in IDC., • Stuff and seal supplier check payments for accounts payable - weekly., • Provide support and back up duties for other accounting positions. Required Skills: • HS diploma, required., • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, required., • General computer skills, required This position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation.
