Job Purpose: The Shop Helper plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Department by engaging in a variety of tasks that support and enhance shop functionality and service delivery. Provides supervision and is responsible for the implementation of all preventative maintenance and repair operations at the facility. Schedules emergency repair activities according to priority and the abilities of assigned personnel.
