Smarter Energy Services is currently seeking experienced sales professionals to work as in-market Community Solar Representatives (CSR). This is a remote, independent (1099) full commission role. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of solar sales experience, with 2+ yrs. of direct sales (B2B or B2C) experience. Multilingual is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with different CRM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., is a plus. CSRs will be responsible for generating new accounts for both residential and commercial community solar. CSRs will do so via both outbound cold-calling (B2B only) and door-knocking (B2B and B2C) prospects in specified areas within a given state. From there CSRs will assist prospective customers applying electronically for enrollment in a community solar farm project. They will do so via online web tools and/or mobile apps. Description Position Overview: The Life Coach at Lee Goodwin Residence provides comprehensive case management, outreach, and counseling to the residents at our supportive housing facility for young adults aging out of foster care between the ages of 18-28 year olds. The Life Skills Coach will provide referrals to: education and career programs such as: HSE, Vocational Training, Employment, and Internships. As well as: Substance Abuse Treatment, and Mental Health Services. Salary: $48,000 to $52,000 (base salary commensurate with education, training and related work experience) Responsibilities: • Conduct a comprehensive intake assessment for all new residents and review the agency’s policies and procedures with them. Develop treatment plan for all residents. Monitor clients’ emotional, social and physical well-being, as well as their progress • Maintain concise and accurate resident files in Salesforce database • Monitor residents’ medication • Provide residents with necessary referrals, including emergencies such as hospitalization, detox, etc. Inform residents about on- site, agency and community resources that are available to them. • Participate in case conferences, staff meetings and training sessions and represent the agency at assigned meetings and conferences. • Input data in Salesforce data base daily for all of the residents. • Attend professional development trainings, supervision meetings, case conferences, and staff meetings. • Provide monthly statistical reports on time and accurately. • Work cooperatively with staff at all levels to ensure quality service provision and the development and improvement of team performance. • Assist residents in the planning, prioritizing and long-term goals and short-term goals. • Maintain and oversee documentation of case files for compliance with regulatory agency. We are looking for an experienced and reliable armed security officer to join our company. Armed security officers are responsible for protecting designated people and places and should report noteworthy incidents to the company as they occur. You should also ensure that safety equipment remains in excellent working order. To be successful as an armed security officer, you should be able to exercise discretion regarding the use of your weapon. Ultimately, the outstanding armed security officers will seek to expand their self-defense and weapons training beyond the mandatory level. Armed Security Officer Responsibilities: Protecting stipulated people and locations from harassment, physical attack, vandalism, and other forms of abusive or unauthorized treatment. Ensuring that your weapon is well maintained and secure at all times. Utilizing your weapon in times of extreme attack, when non-violent options have been exhausted. Attending refresher training in weapons use, if applicable. Completing and submitting incident reports after noteworthy developments. Recording the details of each person who visits the facility, if applicable. Ensuring that security equipment and measures are suitable and that they remain in excellent working condition at all times. Implementing new security measures, if required. Ensuring that your uniform remains clean and well-maintained and that you wear it while on duty. Armed Security Officer Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Prior experience as an armed security officer. Relevant weapons license and training. Clear criminal record. Strong commitment to the well-being of others. Excellent decision-making abilities. Ability to work calmly and efficiently, particularly when under duress. Neat, professional appearance. Capacity to work on your feet for extended periods.
