Job Description Job Title: Quality Inspector Job Description This position plays a key role in ensuring that products meet all required specifications and standards before leaving the production floor. It is a hands-on, highly detail-oriented role that is deeply integrated with daily manufacturing operations. The inspector will review technical documentation, verify compliance with established procedures, and perform thorough visual inspections throughout multiple stages of the production process. Responsibilities • Review engineering prints, drawings, and specifications to understand product requirements., • Conduct documentation reviews to ensure all required records, certifications, and process steps are complete and accurate., • Verify that all manufacturing and inspection steps have been properly followed and documented., • Perform visual inspections on components and finished products to identify defects, nonconformities, or deviations from specifications., • Communicate quality issues clearly to production teams and support corrective actions when needed., • Maintain accurate inspection records and contribute to continuous improvement efforts., • Inspection, • Quality control, • Quality assurance, • Industrial experience, • Hand tool proficiency, • General production knowledge, • Small part assembly, • Paint preparation, • Aerospace knowledge, • Assembly skills, • Must have experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications., • Must have print reading experience., • Must have specification review experience., • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects., • Familiarity with quality documentation, inspection processes, and manufacturing workflows., • Effective communication skills and comfort working closely with production teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
