(E), • Organize mail, files and documents (E), • Maintain filing system and ensure documents are maintained appropriately (E), • Organize and maintain records, enter data and produce documents as requested (E), • Develop and produce general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc. (E), • Update Intranet general information as needed, • Prepare agendas and presentations for meetings (E), • Take minutes, ensure accuracy, edit, distribute and file appropriately (E), • Schedule meetings as requested by Executives (E), • Receive and make calls as appropriate (E), • Coordinate Manager training summits per VP, Donated Goods/Retail (E), • Notify and communicate with Board members in a timely manner (E), • Create PowerPoint presentation for Board meeting, utilizing data provided by Executives (E), • Prepare Boardroom for meeting, including preparation of Board books, sign-in sheet, required documents and meal setup (E), • Collect and place lunch orders and ensure accuracy (E), • Account for money received for lunches and submit to CFO, • Gather appropriate documents and provide clean up after Board meetings. (E), • Reconcile Order records with Accounts Receivable records, • Provide Front Desk coverage in Administrative Assistant’s absence (lunch, breaks, time off), • Assist Administrative staff and coordinate programs as requested (E), • Assist with special projects, activities and events., • Communicate appropriately and positively with co-workers and others, • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Executive Staff.

Job Description Case Manager Hendrick Home for Children is a nonprofit organization that provides a safe and loving Christian home environment for children and families. Hendrick Home has three programs: A Basic Care program for children that are unable to live with their biological families that choose to live on Hendrick campus long term. The Family Care Program is intended to assist single parents and their children living on campus to heal and prepare mentally, emotionally, and financially for independent living. The After Care program assists graduates of the Basic Care program in gaining skills and education during the transition into adulthood. The children in each of these programs are reared in an atmosphere of spiritual, physical, emotional and intellectual growth. Description: The individual in this position will provide direct case management services to children and families including but not limited to: intake, assessment, interventions, treatment planning, and discharge planning. This individual will work closely with the team of direct care staff and will be responsible for coordinating and meeting the needs of each client. Maintains and enforces accreditation and compliance processes for Mission Services. Assists with development, execution, administration and monitoring of all mission service programs. Supports development of successful training programs and oversees ongoing support services for individuals with barriers and disabilities. Evaluates new program and course development proposals and maintains appropriate documentation according to approved processes.
