Promote process improvement, and LEAN manufacturing methodologies and 5S processes., • Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices., • Timely and thorough implementation of engineering changes. Actively partner in the creation and review of engineering changes when needed., • Establish and monitor overall performance for product and quality standards; recommend process improvements / quality control programs.
