Job DescriptionDescription: Onsite in Cincinnati, OH Our client is a leading U.S. financial institution headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, operating a broad retail footprint with extensive branch and ATM coverage across multiple states. Rate: $58.00 to $68.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Responsibilities • Serve as a subject matter expert in equipment finance commercial leasing across originations, onboarding, servicing, and lifecycle management., • Apply functional expertise across equipment finance platforms and vendor systems., • Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners to deliver integration initiatives., • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders., • Translate business needs into clear system configuration and integration specifications., • Develop use cases, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications., • Define UAT test scenarios, validate results, and ensure alignment with business expectations., • Configure vendor-based equipment finance platforms, including rules, workflows, and parameters., • Partner with vendor teams to troubleshoot configuration issues and optimize system utilization., • Support system integrations and ensure seamless data flows across enterprise applications., • 5+ years supporting equipment finance commercial leasing across business and technology functions., • Previous experience with lease and loan origination software., • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities., • Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills., • Working knowledge of system integrations, data mapping, and data flows., • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints., • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments., • Exposure to commercial lending and/or leasing processes., • Experience working with vendor applications hosted on-premises and/or in cloud environments., • Proven experience supporting system integration initiatives within financial services or leasing environments., • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams., • Strong willingness to learn., • Previous experience within the equipment finance domain to support commercial leasing platforms., • Solifi (preferred)., • Rapport front-end finance leasing tool (preferred).
