We are looking for an Automotive Mechanic to join our team in our Pompano Beach, Florida location. Days: Monday to Saturday - only works 5 days between those days Hours: 9am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch Responsibilities Remove and install aftermarket parts and accessories on custom vehicles, ensuring quality, safety, and client specifications are met. Diagnose and repair the mechanical and electrical components of vehicles. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire service, and brake repair. Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and mechanical issues. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Work on transmissions, alignment, suspension systems, shocks & struts, and diesel engines. Interpret schematics and technical manuals. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 4-5 years of auto mechanic experience. Can Bus system experience preferred. ASE Certified in suspension preferred but not required. Possess a solid working knowledge of vehicle suspension systems, including installation, modification, and troubleshooting. Ability to remove and replace ring and pinion gears with precision and adherence to manufacturer specifications preferred. Proficient in welding vehicle exhaust systems, ensuring secure fitment and proper functionality. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Proven ability to diagnose and repair vehicles and follow safety instructions and directions.
