Daily Responsibilities Include: • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs., • Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication., • Advocate for both the customer and Bonfes reputation., • Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals., • Participate in ongoing training and career development.
