Job DescriptionDescription: Job Title: Sales Coordinator Department: Sales Operations Reports To: Sr. Sales Operations/Trade Mkting Manager Location: Remote Travel: 5%; 10-14 days Position Summary Schumacher Electric is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales organization. This role is critical to the success of our sales team, serving as a central point of coordination for operational, administrative, and analytical activities that allow Sales representatives to focus on what they do best—building relationships and driving revenue. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in account management support, pricing administration, sales reporting, and system training. You will help ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all sales processes while partnering closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. Duties/Responsibilities Sales & Account Management Support • Assist the Sales team with all aspects of account management to reduce administrative workload and maximize selling time, • Manage new account setup processes, ensuring accurate and timely creation in the ERP system, • Maintain and own the Sales Account and Representative Master Lists, including account assignments and territory alignment, • Support sales account reassignments and organizational changes as needed, • Prepare and distribute monthly sales representative reporting, including performance, account activity, and KPIs, • Develop and deliver ad hoc sales reports to support customer reviews, forecasting, promotions, and leadership requests, • Own price list management, ensuring all customer and channel price lists are accurate, current, and properly communicated, • Manage the price deviation template and routing process, ensuring timely approvals and proper documentation, • Act as Sales Trainer and subject matter expert for SyteLine 10 (ERP system) and Power BI, • Train new and existing Sales team members on system usage, reporting tools, and sales processes, • Support Marketing requests on behalf of Sales, including materials, promotions, and customer specific needs, • Assist in the creation of line review decks, sales presentations, and customer facing materials, • Manage tele sales responsibilities for the bottom tier 40 accounts, including order support, customer communication, and growth opportunities, • Ensure consistent coverage, service levels, and reporting for managed accounts Additional Responsibilities (CPG Focused) • Support annual planning, customer line reviews, and promotional planning cycles common in CPG sales, • Assist with data validation, account audits, and system clean up initiatives, • Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements, internal controls, and company sales policies, • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to sales workflows and tools, • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to support customer success, • Provide backup support for order entry and customer service functions during peak periods as needed, • Perform responsibilities in a manner consistent with Schumacher’s purpose, core values and strategic anchors, • Regular attendance is an essential function of the job., • Other duties as assigned Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, • Strong analytical and reporting skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced sales environment, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Collaborative mindset with strong cross functional partnership abilities, • Proactive, solutions oriented, and customer focused, • Experience working with ERP systems (SyteLine preferred) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred), • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred, • 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Sales Support, preferably in a CPG environment, • Internal applicants: 6+ months successful demonstration of current position responsibilities, approval from current manager, and a relevant combination of education, continuing education, and experience.
