Job Description We are seeking energetic, outgoing, friendly and skilled Schedulers to join our growing team! This role assists with clerical and administrative tasks to help maintain excellent service and continued company success. The position assists in managing the live schedule this includes maintaining the current shifts and sudden changes necessary for coverage of open or added shifts. This position solves problems, addresses, and speaks with clients, their family members and caregivers by phone and text. A successful candidate is one who can demonstrate teamwork and urgency while juggling multiple simultaneous projects and determine priority. This is an IN-PERSON office-based role.
