Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This part-time role offers the opportunity to provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services within a K-8 school setting in Minneapolis, MN. Serving a caseload of approximately 12 students, the clinician will deliver direct therapy focused on individualized needs, primarily involving brief sessions multiple times per week. Key Responsibilities: • Provide speech-language therapy to students in grades K-8, supporting a caseload of around 12 children, • Deliver therapy sessions approximately 20 minutes in length, typically two times per week for most students, with some receiving weekly sessions, • Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student goals, • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to monitor student progress and support communication goals, • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress, • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential appropriate for Minnesota schools, • Experience providing therapy to school-aged children, particularly in K-8 settings, • Ability to adapt therapy modalities to meet diverse student needs, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff, • Contract duration: As soon as possible through June 12, 2026, • Part-time schedule, approximately 810 hours per week Compensation for this position ranges from $38.72 to $58.72.
