Job Description Procurement Pricing Analyst – Master Trades Group/Len the Plumber Location: Halethorpe, MD (Baltimore Branch – On-Site) Work Type: Full-Time, Exempt Schedule: Standard business hours, on-site Compensation: $65,000-85,000 Reports To: Director of Purchasing About Master Trades Group Master Trades Group (MTG) is a leading residential services platform specializing in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. We are excited to add a Procurement Pricing Analyst to our Operations Team. This mid-level role will support corporate purchasing by managing vendor price controls, centralizing procurement practices, and partnering with purchasing agents across multiple sites. Why Join Our Team? • Competitive pay (based on experience), • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays, • Company-paid Life Insurance, • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability coverage, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Oversee compliance with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Medius for Direct Material within the region, • Manage requisition and approval processes for Indirect Spend, • Own and maintain Pricebook Item Master Data Management, including:, • Adding, modifying, and deleting pricebook line items, • Updating preferred vendors and pricing in alignment with MTG strategies in ServiceTitan, • Substituting materials and supporting taxonomy integration for each entity, • Manage monthly Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Pricing, • Act as first-level approver for new vendor or material requests, • Negotiate non-contract pricing through local/regional RFQs, • Identify and pursue regional sourcing opportunities to improve cost, quality, and service, • Serve as escalation point for blocked invoices, ensuring timely resolution with purchasing agents, • Provide weekly reporting of vendor/OEM price changes, including cost avoidance impacts, • Track and report on procurement KPIs, including:, • PO creation compliance, • Year-over-year PO quantities, • Supply house activity monitoring and receipt compliance, • Blocked vendor invoice quantities, • Partner with purchasing leads and local agents to align purchasing processes and PO structures, • Communicate potential supply constraints or disruptions to management, • Escalate supplier price increases to drive timely strategic decisions, • Support corporate purchasing strategies, supplier programs, and contracts Required: • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred), • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or pricing analysis, • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, MS 365), • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar ERP system, • Experience with Medius for invoicing and PO reconciliation All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening, conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
