This role offers the opportunity to work in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality care to individuals housed in the Harris County Jail. Responsibilities include performing intake health assessments, managing urgent and chronic care conditions, and collaborating with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams. You will work closely with Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies, nursing staff, and on-site services such as radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, dental, and nutrition services. You will also coordinate with external hospitals when higher-level care is required and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
