Trainers will develop and use agreed upon metrics to measure the success of associates during and after training. Metrics results will be reported weekly. • Assures that the employees get the training needed to meet the day-to-day activities and the long-term planning., • Plans, develops, and provides warehouse training and staff developmental programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops, • Works closely with warehouse leadership to clearly identify training needs and develop plans to meet those needs., • Provides the materials and resources that motivate personnel to learn, • Develops training status and metrics report for regular communication to department leadership, • Ensures that employees participate in all required warehouse training, • Analyzes training needs to recommend new or improved warehouse training programs or modify and improve existing programs, • Conduct or arrange for ongoing personal training and development as needed, • Organize warehouse training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials in addition to testing and evaluation procedures, • Responsible for monthly Safety Training completion for all warehouse associates, • Conduct PIT certification and verify PIT inspections are completed daily for applicable associates, • Partner with department leadership in preparation for new hire interviews, • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management, • Minimum of 21 years old, • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies, • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job, • Ability to read, write and speak English, • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines, • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets, • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology, • Associate's degree (A.
