Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee all aspects of graphics mockups , sign fabrication, scheduling, quality control, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has a background in sign manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering top-quality products on time. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise the production floor — including fabricators, painters, assemblers, and installers. * Plan, schedule, and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines. * Review sign drawings and ensure accuracy before fabrication. * Oversee inventory, materials ordering, and vendor coordination. * Maintain UL compliance, safety protocols, and equipment upkeep. * Collaborate with design and project management teams for smooth handoffs. * Ensure all jobs meet Signs Express quality and brand standards. * Report weekly production metrics and job progress to ownership. • Create eye-catching graphics , Signage designs & Permit Drawings, • Handle graphic projects from start to finish, • Develop and maintain image library files, • Coordinate with sales team , customers and production dept. as needed 3+ years of experience in signage manufacturing or related field. * Strong knowledge of channel letters, monument signs, LED lighting, vinyl, and aluminum fabrication. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Proficient in reading shop drawings and production layouts. * Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Previous experience in graphic design signage companies or vinyl printing fields is a must Competitive salary based on experience. * Bonus opportunities based on production performance. * Paid holidays and vacation time. * Growth potential within a fast-expanding signage company.
