We are seeking a performance-minded social video creator who lives to make content that sells. In this role, you will create native short-form videos for TikTok and Meta platforms that directly drive ecommerce revenue. This is a hands-on creative production role focused on performance video ads and not influencer content or brand-only social posting. You will concept, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form video using a mobile-first workflow. Speed, clarity, product proof, and conversion matter more than polish. Your work will not be post and hope. It will be tested, promoted, measured, and iterated. You will report to the Brand Experience Manager and collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Sites Team Lead and the CMO. What you'll do: • Concept weekly batches of native short-form video angles built to sell, including demos, how-to, problem and solution, before and after, social proof, comparisons, and objection handling., • Produce performance creative for paid social placements across TikTok and Meta., • Shoot mobile-first video with strong fundamentals, including lighting, framing, clean audio, clear product proof, and clear storytelling., • Edit using short-form editing tools to deliver fast-paced, platform native creative with strong hooks, readable on-screen text, and clear calls to action., • Produce structured creative variations including multiple hooks, intros, proof moments, and endings so we can test and learn quickly., • Review performance results and propose new creative angles based on what is and is not converting., • Build paid ready assets that can run across placements without rework and can also be adapted for landing pages and product detail pages when needed., • Stage products and coordinate simple shoot setups, including props, backgrounds, and lighting., • Coordinate product samples, variants, and shoot needs with internal production teams., • Maintain an organized creative library including raw footage, project files, final exports, and captions so winning creative can be reused and remixed., • Partner with the Brand Experience Manager to stay on brand while balancing speed, quality, and performance., • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Sites Team Lead to align creative to product priorities, promotions, and site goals., • Sales Impact: Demonstrated contribution to ecommerce revenue through creative that converts and not just content that gets views., • Creative Contribution to ROAS: Target 3.0 or higher return on ad spend on promoted TikTok and Meta video, measured in partnership with the paid media team and adjusted based on product margin and average order value., • Hook and Hold: Improved early retention and watch time through stronger openings and clearer structure with benchmarks set after baseline., • Iteration Speed: Clear evidence that performance improves over time through disciplined testing and creative iteration., • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in marketing, communications, film and media, business, design, or a related field., • Recent graduates and self-taught creators are welcome. We hire for portfolio, results, coachability, and work ethic., • Portfolio demonstrating a short-form video you personally concepted, shot, and edited. Performance or paid creative proof is a plus., • Strong concepting ability. You can generate many distinct angles for the same product without repeating yourself., • Deep familiarity with TikTok and Meta platform trends, creative formats, and native storytelling patterns., • Strong creative instinct and pattern recognition. You can spot what works and translate it into new sellable concepts., • Comfortable with feedback loops and performance pressure., • Ownership mindset. If something needs to be done, you take initiative and execute., • Ability to produce end-to-end content quickly from concept to shoot to edit to export to organized handoff., • Comfort staging products and managing simple physical shoot setups., • Strong communication and collaboration skills across ecommerce and creative teams., • Detail-oriented but fast because speed matters., • On-site role in Jacksonville.
