As a Staff Product Reliability & Quality Management, you will be responsible for developing and releasing Ethernet products through the appropriate reliability qualification techniques. Job Description In your new role you will: \n • Responsible for the preparation of qualification strategy/plans in accordance with the relevant standards (eg, AEC-Q100), and customer requirements\n, • Ensure quality metric reporting to intern and extern customers (DPPM, Pareto, improvement plans)\n, • Ensure the fulfilment of time and cost according to agreed qualification plans/schedules\n, • Responsible for quality issues in volume production, and work closely with both the business unit and our worldwide manufacturing production sites\n, • Drive quality targets derived from customers and market requirements\n, • Support 8D corrective actions for product quality issues resulting from customers complaints, and drive continuous improvement activities\n, • Carry out risk assessments\n, • Support monitoring quality criteria and adherence to quality assurance risk management procedures\n, • Lead cross-functional teams to solve potential escalation cases\n\n Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: \n • BS or master's (preferred) in electrical engineering or similar\n, • 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with broad R&D experience in different departments\n, • \nProject management experience, working experience with foreign cultures\n, • Process management skills\n, • Advanced knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools(e.g. risk management, FMEA,8D, etc.) and customer related processes\n, • Good knowledge of VDA 6..1 audits\n\n, • Experience in semiconductor technology and IC devices\n\n, • Good knowledge of product package and die qualifications methodology, following AEC-Q100 requirements\n, • Demonstrate ability to solve problems systematically\n, • Support customers quality and reliability inquiries\n, • Review and evaluate customers product mission profiles\n, • Ability to apply a variety of interpersonal skills at high management levels to effectively discuss, explore and exchange ideas\n\n #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
