In this role, you’ll frequently serve as Trucordia’s first in‑person representative, embodying our values and professionalism through genuine care and attentive service. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks while helping clients feel comfortable and supported. Duties and Responsibilities: • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining an organized reception area., • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system., • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries., • Schedule appointments, manage the office calendar, and support client intake processes., • Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive client information in accordance with company policies., • Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry., • Assist with meeting coordination, including preparing rooms, materials, refreshments, and maintaining office and breakroom supplies., • Follow office protocols, support basic operational needs, contribute to team meetings, and perform additional tasks assigned by the Administrative Assistant.Qualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or coursework preferred., • 1–2 years of reception or administrative experience in a professional office environment., • Experience in insurance, financial, or legal settings is preferred., • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel., • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail., • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a busy environment., • Dependable, punctual, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
