This is a hospitality-focused role, and as such, candidates must be flexible and prepared to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during major city events and peak travel periods. Full-Time | Exempt | Non-Tipped A large and fast-growing parking and hospitality services provider is seeking a Hospitality Valet Manager in Chicago, IL. This role supports regional leadership with full oversight of financial, operational, safety, and service performance at a hotel property. The position is part of a team focused on excellence in hotel partnerships and employee development.Position Overview:The Hospitality Valet Manager will oversee all aspects of valet operations at a hotel property, ensuring service quality, team performance, safety, and financial accountability.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Service: • Lead the financial, operational, safety, and service performance at assigned hotel(s)., • Supervise Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Shift Leads, and frontline staff., • Plan, schedule, train, and direct daily operations., • Maximize revenue and customer satisfaction while controlling expenses., • Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures., • Maintain service standards aligned with client expectations.Team Management:, • Lead daily stand-up meetings and ensure shift briefings are conducted., • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members., • Identify and develop high-potential employees for future growth., • Implement safety initiatives and respond to concerns promptly., • Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.Client Relations & Service Quality:, • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure business retention., • Respond to service quality reports and internal performance metrics., • Manage project and program implementation for hotel operations.Financial Oversight:, • Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and wage practices., • Oversee daily data entry, audits, and financial reporting., • Ensure budget adherence related to staffing and operational costs., • Prepare monthly profit/loss reviews and monitor rate structures.Qualifications:Education & Experience:, • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred., • Minimum 1 year of management experience., • Prior experience in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, or parking) required., • Valid driver’s license required., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.Skills:, • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines., • Strong customer service orientation and team-building skills.Physical Requirements:, • Must be willing to work in various weather conditions., • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
