Job DescriptionDescription: • Achieve or exceed profit margin targets based on budget expectations., • Manage and execute special service-related projects from initiation through completion., • Collaborate with service leadership, field technicians, and other departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables., • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans., • Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation., • Serve as a liaison between field operations, customers, and internal stakeholders., • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership., • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation., • Organize internal and external resources and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business., • Leverage existing relationships and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business., • Identify larger Capital Project Leads and hand off to Engineering Sales Team., • Regular attendance at teams meetings., • Assist in development of growth initiatives., • Share intel about customers/competitors/trends.Requirements:
