Job DescriptionDescription: Kalos Services is a growing commercial construction and residential service company seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Marketing Manager to own, manage, and deliver marketing initiatives across both Residential and Commercial divisions. This role is first and foremost a project management and execution role- responsible for taking ideas from leadership, turning them into clear plans, coordinating internal and external resources, and driving campaigns to completion on time and with measurable results. The Marketing Manager will manage multiple marketing workstreams simultaneously, set priorities, establish timelines, and ensure nothing stalls or gets lost. This role oversees day-to-day marketing operations, manages outside vendors and freelancers. Success in this role requires someone who thrives on accountability, follow-through, and turning strategy into finished, high-quality deliverables. Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, in-office initially with potential for future hybrid/remote flexibility Responsibilities Marketing Ownership & Execution • Take ownership of marketing initiatives from concept through launch, reporting, and optimization., • Translate high-level goals into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables., • Keep multiple marketing tracks moving at once without losing momentum or focus., • Ensure all marketing efforts align with company priorities and operational capacity. Residential & Commercial Marketing Strategy • Develop and execute targeted strategies for both Residential homeowners and Commercial clients, adjusting tone, messaging, and channels accordingly., • Build campaigns that drive residential service inquiries while supporting long-term commercial brand positioning., • Conduct audience and market research to identify opportunities, seasonal trends, and gaps. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation • Oversee paid media and lead generation efforts (Google Ads, Google Local Services, Meta, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI., • Monitor performance metrics, identify underperforming tactics, and reallocate budgets based on data., • Partner closely with operations to align promotions with workforce availability and service demand., • Deliver clear, regular reporting with insights and next steps—not just metrics. Content, Social & Brand Presence • Own the content strategy and calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across channels., • Direct and manage the Social Media Coordinator to execute day-to-day content and publishing., • Ensure all content supports SEO, reflects company values, and builds trust with target audiences., • Coordinate content needs with internal teams (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction) to capture real-world stories and visuals. Vendor & Freelancer Management • Identify, hire, and manage outside freelancers and agencies (video, photography, copywriting, SEO, PPC, etc.)., • Set clear expectations, timelines, and quality standards for all outsourced work., • Ensure vendors are delivering work that meets brand standards and performance goals. Reputation & Community Marketing • Oversee review monitoring and response across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms., • Implement scalable review-generation and referral strategies., • Plan and manage community sponsorships, events, and partnerships that build local visibility and trust., • Represent the company at relevant community and industry events as needed. Team Leadership & Collaboration • Supervise and coach the Social Media Coordinator., • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and field teams., • Act as the central point of accountability for marketing execution and follow-through.Requirements:, • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in home services, trades, construction, or customer-focused industries., • Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end, not just plan them., • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once., • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or outsourced marketing partners., • Solid understanding of local SEO, paid search, paid social, and reputation platforms., • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI., • Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
