Key Responsibilities • Drive Growth: Manage existing commercial accounts and source new business at the C-Level, Owner, and Facility Management levels., • Consultative Sales: Present smart modern systems to schools, municipalities, retail, and energy plants., • Strategy: Implement marketing strategies to secure new business (leads provided, but hunting is required)., • Client Engagement: Maintain high levels of detail and follow-up to close business in the Tri-state area and nationally. Requirements • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or Technology Sales. A current book of commercial business is a huge plus., • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace. Ability to learn technical product details quickly., • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree or relevant Vocational/Sales certification required., • Logistics: Valid Driver’s License and vehicle required (expense plan provided)., • Attributes: Highly organized, "Can Do" attitude, and analytical.
