Job DescriptionSalary: $41,000 - $58,000 (DOE) Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is a licensed behavioral health organization providing residential facilities and behavioral health crisis intervention services. TheID/DD House Managerserves as thefirst-line supervisorresponsible for the daily operations of the residential home - ensuring the health, safety, rights, and overall well-being of individuals receiving ID/DD Waiver services. The position also provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs); ensures service delivery in accordance with DBHDS licensing regulations, DMAS/DD Waiver requirements, and agency policies; and maintains full compliance with all documentation, staffing, and person-centered service standards. House Managers typically workMonday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pmand must be available on anon-call basis(including weekends and holidays) for house needs such as shift coverage, responding to escalated matters, etc. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Program & Service Delivery Oversight • Ensure allsupports aredeliveredin accordance withthe Individual Support Plan (ISP), provider-specific plans, Safety Plans, medical orders, and DD Waiver requirements., • Ensure daily documentation is completed accurately, person-centered, and within required timelines., • Monitor staff implementation of goals, protocols, behavior plans, risk mitigation strategies, and community integration activities., • Ensure service delivery aligns with all DBHDS licensing regulations, HCBS requirements, and internal agency policies., • Serve asfirst-line supervisor for DSPs, providing coaching, oversight, and corrective guidance., • Manageto ensureadequate staffingcoverage, andapprove timesheets., • Ensure all DSPsmaintaincompliancetrainingsfollowing up accordingly to ensure all staff are within compliance to work., • Conduct performance evaluations, file reviews, and ongoing competency checks., • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, including infection control, medical appointment follow-up, and environmental safety., • Oversee medication administration practices, MAR accuracy, and ensure staff compliance with delegated nursing requirements., • Respond to incidents, complete incident reports, and ensuretimelysubmission to internal QA., • Ensure individuals rights, choices, autonomy, and dignity areupheld at all times., • Ensure community activities are meaningful, documented, and aligned with person-centered planning., • Oversee grocery inventory, personal supplies, and tracking systems., • Ensure vehicles aremaintained, clean, inspected, and documentation logs areaccurate.Conductweekly home walkthroughs and compliance checklists. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of4 years experienceworking with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities., • Minimum1 year of supervisory or shift-lead experiencein residential or community-based services., • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation., • Strong knowledge of DBHDS licensing regulations, HCBS requirements, and DD Waiver service expectations., • Ability to complete andmaintainall state-requiredtrainings(CPR/FA, behavior management, medication administration ifrequired)., • Strong written documentation skills and proficiency with electronic health records., • Strong crisis management, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills., • High school diploma or equivalentrequired. Preferred Qualifications: • 6+years experienceworking with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities., • 2+ years of supervisory or shift-lead experiencein residential or community-based services., • Associate or bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or related field.
