Responsibilities and qualifications typically include: Key Responsibilities • Project Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure meticulous field execution. Manage construction and maintenance of concrete production sites, roads, or structures., • Resource Management: Source, direct, and align manpower, dispatch equipment, procure materials, and schedule work to meet project goals., • Team Oversight: Supervise field teams, vendors, and subcontractors; promote a culture of safety and professionalism. Conduct training of staff and coordinate with general contractors and project managers on sequencing and scheduling., • Client & Vendor Relations: Maintain robust customer relationships and communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
