Job Description Our Client, a high end plaintiff PI firm is seeking an experienced Catastrophic PI Paralegal to join a litigation team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position supports attorneys handling severe injury matters and plays a central role in moving cases forward from initial intake through trial preparation. The ideal candidate brings strong litigation support experience, sound judgment, and the ability to manage detailed case activity in complex personal injury matters. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of catastrophic injury matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, and severe bodily injury claims, • Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and routine correspondence, • Coordinate and review extensive medical records; prepare medical chronologies and summaries, • Communicate with clients, experts, and healthcare providers, • Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and trial binders, • Track case deadlines, court filings, and litigation calendars, • 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience, with exposure to high-value/catastrophic cases, • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania litigation procedures and court rules, • Experience reviewing and summarizing complex medical records, • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience, • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, • Bonus potential tied to case outcomes, • Comprehensive benefits package, • In office or hybrid flexibility

Job Description A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to join its active Restructuring practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy practice group, and work on sophisticated bankruptcy matters. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 remote. Responsibilities: • Draft, prepare, and file bankruptcy pleadings and related documents, including petitions, motions, disclosure statements, proofs of claim, and fee applications, • Manage high-volume dockets for corporate Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 matters, • E-file documents in federal bankruptcy courts and maintain compliance with filing requirements, • Track case milestones, deadlines, and hearing schedules, • Conduct legal and financial research using PACER, court dockets, and industry tools (Reorg, Debtwire, Capital IQ), • Prepare UCC filings, closing binders, and post-closing documentation, • Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in bankruptcy and restructuring, • Strong experience with Chapter 11 or Chapter 7 corporate restructurings, • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with iManage and financial research tools is a plus, • Non-exempt with overtime eligibility, • Annual bonus tied to billable productivity, • Hybrid work flexibility, potential office space, cellphone stipend, • Participation in firm events and access to high-level bankruptcy work
