Job Description • Responsible for maintaining parts stock and fulfilling customer and technician parts requests., • Ability to read parts manuals/schematics, online parts resources, and other sources to identify needed parts., • Determine needs of customers and technicians as well as identify parts and check availability., • Sourcing parts through various established approved networks., • Tracking and maintaining parts inventory., • Answering incoming calls and emails and from customers and resolving any issues., • Working with internal departments to resolve shipping/billing discrepancies, returns, etc., • Strong customer service skills., • Ability to lift 75 pounds without assistance.
