Job DescriptionConstruction Scheduler - Life Science/Commercial Construction Scheduler - Life Science/Commercial Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Salary: $175K-$225K base (salary depends on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our construction project team, concentrating on life science, pharmaceutical, or commercial facilities. The Scheduler will develop, maintain, and report project schedules that drive on-time delivery for ground-up, design-build, commercial, and mission-critical laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotech projects. Key Responsibilities • Create, update, and maintain detailed CPM schedules and baseline networks for construction projects (design-build, ground-up, commercial, pharmaceutical, lab, and healthcare facilities)., • Prepare and issue regular schedule reports, narratives, and presentations for project leadership, owners, and stakeholders; track and communicate progress vs. baseline and highlight delays/impacts., • Coordinate with project controls, planners, cost engineers, and subcontractors to reconcile progress, change orders, and schedule impacts., • Implement and manage schedule updates during design phases, procurement, and construction phases to reflect scope changes and RFIs/submittals status., • Use Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project to build schedules, import/export data, maintain baselines, and produce schedule metrics (float, critical path, percent complete)., • Required: 5+ years of experience as a Scheduler on construction projects; demonstrated experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or commercial projects, • Proven hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project for schedule development, updating and reporting., • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and interfaces, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
