Job Description Marketing Lead Job ID: CORP-MKT- Position Type: Full Time Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is not a remote position. Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for an end-of-year bonus. Your creativity and marketing expertise will help ensure our brand is not only seen but felt. We're looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative Marketing Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you'll craft website content, design internal and external communications, and develop visuals and videos that energize both our employees and our customers. You'll work across departments- sales, business development, special events, program/product management, engineering, and leadership-to bring a consistent, compelling voice to everything we create. Responsibilities: • Design branded marketing materials: presentations, brochures, one pagers, event collateral, and internal newsletters., • Create visuals for both internal and external communications while upholding brand standards., • Collaborate with sales and BD teams to craft proposal graphics, pitch decks, and RFP responses that stand out., • Maintain and update a library of reusable proposal assets and templates., • Plan and execute inbound campaigns, including blogs, landing pages, lead magnets, SEO initiatives, and email nurture workflows., • Ensure website messaging is clear, current, and optimized for search and conversion., • Track and report on performance metrics to inform continuous improvement., • Write, edit, and maintain dynamic website copy that aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement, • Develop and deliver internal announcements, branded messaging, and culture-building pieces that keep employees informed and inspired., • Partner with leadership to ensure internal communications reflect our mission and values., • Plan, script, and produce video content for social channels, recruitment, and brand storytelling., • Collaborate with the Special Events Lead to support trade shows and conferences by creating branded assets, coordinating messaging, and developing post‑event follow‑up campaigns., • Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, measuring engagement and optimizing messaging. Qualifications and Skills: • Strong ability to craft both visual and written marketing content for diverse audiences., • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products and translate them into compelling marketing stories., • Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects)., • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)., • Familiarity with SEO principles, content management systems, and social media management tools., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and brand voice., • Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams with proposal graphics and custom marketing materials., • Comfortable producing content for both print and digital formats., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision., • Growth mindset, proactive approach, and commitment to professional development., • At least 3+ years in a role directly responsible for inbound campaigns, content development, and/or creative production., • Demonstrated experience leading projects or mentoring junior marketers/designers is strongly preferred., • Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, business development, and leadership teams., • Ability to work independently, own projects end‑to‑end, and set best practices. Required Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with proven expertise in inbound marketing, content creation, and visual design. Experience leading initiatives or mentoring team members in a fast‑paced environment is highly preferred.
