Leaders at PropertyPilot execute. You will be directly responsible for driving early adoption, recruiting and activating beta users, testing acquisition channels, and turning data into insight. There is no team to manage at the start and thats intentional. About This Role We are hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to own the launch and early scaling of a new app. This is a core, highly visible role with direct accountability for user acquisition, activation, and early retention. This is not a campaign manager or brand-only role. You will define the go-to-market strategy and execute it end to end. The ideal candidate has launched apps before, is deeply hands-on, and thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You will work closely with founders, Product, and Engineering to take PropertyPilot from early traction to repeatable growth. What You Will Own • Go-To-Market & Launch Execution, • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for a new app., • Recruit, qualify, and activate early and beta users., • Define positioning, messaging, and early adopter personas., • Build a repeatable launch and onboarding framework., • Growth Experimentation & Acquisition, • Own a structured growth experimentation pipeline., • Rapidly test acquisition channels, messaging, creative, funnels, and incentives., • Identify and scale high-performing growth loops., • Balance speed with signal test fast, learn faster., • Paid, Organic & Channel Performance, • Manage and optimize acquisition across:, • Paid social (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), • Google Search & Display, • App Store Optimization (ASO), • Organic, referral, and community-driven channels, • Own CPI, CAC, activation, retention, and early LTV metrics., • Dynamically allocate budget based on ROI., • HubSpot Ownership & Growth Infrastructure, • Own HubSpot as the system of record for growth and marketing., • Build and maintain:, • Lifecycle stages and lead scoring, • Funnels, dashboards, and reporting, • Email, in-app, and lifecycle automation, • Ensure clean data, accurate attribution, and actionable insights., • Partner with Product to align CRM data with in-app behavior., • Community, Content & Early Advocacy, • Build early momentum through short-form content, creator partnerships, and targeted communities., • Activate early users as advocates and referrers., • Identify partnerships that drive real adoption not vanity metrics., • Analytics & Product Feedback Loop, • Track the full funnel from install activation retention., • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear actions., • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding, engagement, and growth levers. Who Were Looking For • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth., • Proven experience launching and scaling apps (consumer or B2B2C)., • Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience is required., • Deep experience with:, • Paid acquisition and performance marketing, • Growth experimentation and A/B testing, • Funnel optimization and analytics, • Comfortable operating preproduct-market fit., • Data-driven, creative, and execution-oriented., • Excited to be a doer first, with leadership growth over time.
