Job DescriptionA DAY IN THE LIFE AS A STORE SUPERVISOR As a Store Supervisor, you play a vital role in supporting our mission of providing employment-related services to the community by participating in all areas of the store's daily operations. Every day is a little something different and offers both variety and routine! You will get to train others in customer service, cashiering, assisting with donors, evaluating, sorting and pricing used merchandise, transporting priced goods to the retail floor, rotating old merchandise off the sales floor, and general cleaning and organizing. The Store Supervisor assumes responsibility of all store personnel and processes in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Experience, training, skills required: • 5 or more years of property management experience in commercial/office and/or retail, handling property maintenance & repair, tenant improvements, tenant complaints, vendor contracts, lease administration and enforcement., • Knowledge of real estate law, finance, accounting practices and procedures., • Strong ability to read and interpret lease documents., • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and property management software systems (Yardi experience preferred)., • Strong written and oral communication skills., • Organized, detail oriented and able to multitask., • Utilize customer service skills when assisting tenant inquiries, vendors, and others., • Dependable, reliable, cooperative. Job Summary: Arizona Liver Health is looking for a qualified TEMPORARY - Research Phlebotomist. Qualified candidates will possess great patient service skills and with a passion for growing their skillsets in clinical research. This role is expected to provide excellent phlebotomy patient service and requires high organizational skills in order to process and ship lab samples while following clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements. Title: TEMPORARY -- Research Phlebotomist (Tucson, AZ) Compensation: $30 per hour Status: Full-time, 3-Month Contract (eligible for overtime and benefits) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am to 4pm, some Saturdays available Start date: ASAP End date: 3-months from start date At the end of the temporary period a full-time permanent placement opportunity may be considered Key Responsibilities: • Verifying positive patient identification to ensure subject safety. Assessing subject reactions to specimen, • Performing venipuncture, capillary, and/or IV specimens from study subjects according to established protocol, maintaining aseptic technique. Obtaining additional assistance when judged, • Obtaining specimens according to priority and scheduled draw times. Ensuring completion of specimen collection functions according to protocol.
