Job Description We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager with 10+ years of relevant experience to oversee and maintain the technology infrastructure across our organization, which includes up to 17 geographically distributed sites comprising of offices and warehouses. This role is responsible for managing a system administrator and external vendors, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to issue escalation and resolution. The IT Infrastructure Manager will play a critical role in supporting business operations through robust infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and strategic technology planning. The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and administration of the company’s cloud and on-premises systems. This role ensures the security, availability, and reliability of systems and networks, manages technology vendors, and enforces IT policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is highly technical, organized, and autonomous, with strong sense of due diligence and leadership skills to operate with minimal oversight. Previous Work Experience • Minimum of 10 years’ experience of IT infrastructure experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Proven experience in supervising IT personnel and providing support in a complex IT environment., • Principles and processes for providing customer service including quality standards for services and evaluation of end user satisfaction., • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully., • Excellent attention to detail., • Excellent multi-tasking skills., • Ability to lift 75 lbs., • Adaptability to new equipment and technology to serve user needs., • Proven strong business acumen, • Fluency in English, • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex data., • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
