Description of the Training: Gain invaluable skills and knowledge in the Food and Beverage department of a world-leading luxury hotel/resort through a J-1 hospitality internship or traineeship program at the Hilton Hotels & Resorts. During your program, you will receive training and mentorship from industry leaders in the F&B field as you rotate through different outlets on the property.     We are hiring grill and yard equipment assemblers for our hardware stores. We are hiring for many areas in Virginia so we encourage you to apply. When you see all of the grills, picnic tables, and wheelbarrows that are already assembled in front of big box retailers, we are the teams that make that happen for the stores. All assembly takes place inside the hardware stores. The more efficiently and the more items we assemble, the more money we make as we are paid for each item we assemble. Each assembler typically works at the 2 or 3 closest locations to their home. This position is open to men and women of all ages and skill levels who enjoy building things. The hours and days can be flexible. We generally only visit one store per day. We work at each store once or twice a week. Assemblers work at locations within approximately a 30-minute drive from their homes. In many cases, an assembler will work 4 or 5 days a week at the same location. We assemble all of their grills, wheelbarrows, patio furniture, toolboxes, riding mowers, snow blowers, among other items. Anything that comes in a box and requires assembly, we assemble for them. Requirements and details: • Able to lift 50 lbs grills repeatedly., • Must be at least 18 years old., • Must have access to reliable transportation., • Pay is based on piecework.
