What You'll Be Doing Let’s cut to the chase: As Assistant Manager, you’ll be in charge of your shift. That means everything— making great pizzas, cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer happiness—is your responsibility. You’re the one setting the tone, following every policy to a tee, and inspiring your team to do the same. Oh, and there’s more: • Learning to manage dough and make all the items on our menu.
