Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation and readiness of the company vehicle fleet. Take full ownership of all vehicle maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, towing, and rentals. Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for every vehicle. Coordinate repairs with mechanics, dealerships, body shops, refrigeration technicians, towing companies, and other vendors. Track vehicles that are out of service and actively manage their return to operation. Arrange rental or replacement vehicles when needed to prevent interruptions to deliveries. Review repair estimates, recommendations, and invoices. Monitor tires, brakes, oil changes, inspections, liftgates, refrigeration systems, and other vehicle maintenance requirements. Maintain an accurate record of the condition and status of every vehicle. Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure enough trucks are available for daily routes. Drive company delivery trucks when operational needs require it, including emergencies, driver call-outs, moving vehicles, or other situations.     Dorothy’s Day Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, organized, and dependable Front Desk Secretary / Spa Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and can provide an excellent experience for our clients from the moment they contact or enter the spa. Position Responsibilities The Front Desk Secretary / Spa Receptionist will be responsible for: • Greeting clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, • Answering incoming telephone calls, text messages, and client inquiries, • Scheduling, confirming, changing, and canceling appointments, • Managing the spa appointment calendar and helping maintain an efficient daily schedule using Mangomint software, • Checking clients in and out, • Processing payments and providing receipts, • Maintaining accurate client information and records, • Explaining spa services, treatments, products, packages, and promotions to clients, • Assisting clients with selecting and scheduling appropriate services, • Providing information about pricing and appointment availability, • Following up with clients regarding appointments when appropriate, • Helping promote spa services, packages, gift certificates, and retail products, • Maintaining a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming reception area, • Communicating appointment changes and client requests to technicians and other spa staff, • Assisting management with basic administrative and clerical duties, • Handling client concerns professionally and bringing appropriate matters to management's attention, • Protecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality, • Helping ensure smooth communication between clients, technicians, and management Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: • Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills, • Professional and pleasant telephone manner, • Strong communication skills, • Good organizational and multitasking abilities, • Basic computer and technology skills, • Ability to learn appointment scheduling and point-of-sale software, • Attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to remain professional in a busy environment, • Dependability and punctuality, • Professional appearance and attitude, • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team Previous experience as a receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant, salon/spa receptionist, medical-office receptionist, hotel front-desk associate, or customer-service representative is preferred but not necessarily required for the right candidate.
