Position Objective: The Physician is an administrative and operational role that will provide exceptional medical care to patients by conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing patient treatment plans. This role is a safety-sensitive position as it involves direct patient care and administering medication. The incumbent will report to a Regional Manager (or similar role) and will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide quality care to patients collaborating with other clinical teams to support team function. This worker connects motors, compressors, temperature controls, humidity controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels and connects control panels to power source; installs air and water filters in completed installation, injects small amount of refrigerant into compressor to test systems and adds Freon gas to build up prescribed operating pressure. All personnel designated to work on, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment (including boilers and heating systems) shall possess one or more of the following certifications and maintain and improve upon competencies. The Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with obtaining this training. All training shall be tracked and reported to the COR annually. (l) North American Technician Excellence (N.A. T. E.) Core Service plus any service (K.A.T.E) Specially listed under the service category. (2) HVAC Excellence Professional – the following three certifications: Light Commercial Air Conditioning, Gas Heat, and Green Awareness Certification. (3) U A Star HVACR Mastery Certification NOTE: (Incumbent and new hired Employees) All incumbent personnel previously designated HVAC and new hire employees who operate, work on, maintain and repair HVAC equipment (including boilers and heating systems) will be required to become certified. The Contractor shall develop a training plan for each employee and submit to the COR within the first 30 days and shall be certified or completed within the first 6 months of the contract start date or employment date.
