FP&A Partnership and Decision Support • Act as the manufacturing-cost subject matter partner to FP&A, ensuring planning and forecasting models are grounded in reliable product-cost, production, inventory, labor, and overhead data., • Partner with FP&A to develop manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, operating metrics, cost-center reporting, and management views that connect financial outcomes to operational drivers., • Provide costing, inventory, volume, mix, yield, scrap, labor-efficiency, overhead-utilization, and capacity insights to support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and scenario analysis., • Collaborate with FP&A and Operations on business cases, capital investments, process improvements, productivity initiatives, sourcing decisions, and other operational opportunities., • Explain manufacturing financial performance clearly to non-finance leaders and help convert variance analysis into practical actions., • Ensure a disciplined handoff of actuals and operational insights to FP&A so planning assumptions can be updated quickly as the greenfield site ramps.
