This position is designed for individuals who want to build a career in insurance, master production, and earn expanded responsibility over time through resultsnot tenure. This is not a managerial role on day one. Aspirants begin as top-producing sales professionals and earn additional exposure to business operations, leadership, and agency strategy based on performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Drive new business production across Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health, • Actively prospect through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and follow-ups, • Conduct needs-based conversations and present tailored insurance solutions, • Maintain excellent documentation, compliance, and task management, • Meet or exceed aggressive monthly production goals, • Participate in advanced training and coaching, • Highly motivated, goal-driven professionals, • Individuals interested in long-term growth and leadership, • People who want to be paid based on results, not tenure, • Sales mindset with strong work ethic and accountability, • Excellent communication and follow-through, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, • Must be able to obtain or already hold required insurance licenses, • Must hold an 4-40 license (or be willing to obtain one immediately), • Must obtain Florida 2-15 license within 30-60 days (agency supported), • Must obtain Florida 2-20 license within 60-120 days (agency supported), • Spanish bilingual is a plus
