The Purchaser is responsible for the management and support of daily Food and Beverage purchasing and receiving operations, as well as the implementation and execution of related systems which includes order processing (food and non-food), the creation and distribution of daily purchase orders, and weekly and monthly inventory control. You will be responsible for cleaning and ongoing maintenance of all F&B equipment, taking ownership for liaising with equipment vendors and raising support tickets when needed.
