Join our team to build impactful brand partnerships that elevate our music, film, television, digital content, graphic novels, concerts, tours, events, magazines, club and lifestyle campaigns.We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Partnership Manager to drive sponsorship, promotion and strategic partnerships across our entertainment ecosystem. This role will spearhead outreach to brands, negotiate partnership deals, and activate campaigns that align with our rock culture. You’ll also play a key role in expanding the reach and impact of our Entertainment Group’s creative output—connecting with consumer brands that want to engage with fans through authentic cultural touchpoints. From national tours and exclusive video drops to collectible merch and curated events, you'll turn opportunities into unforgettable cultural moments. Key Responsibilities • Prospect & Pitch: Identify aligned brand partners across categories (fashion, tech, lifestyle, beverage, automotive, etc.) and develop compelling partnership proposals that tie into Sumerian’s music, film, digital, and live event properties., • Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations from initial interest through contract execution—structuring deals that provide value to both Sumerian and the brand while preserving creative integrity., • Campaign Activation: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute high-impact partnership activations, including co-branded content, product integrations, sponsorships, promotions, merch collabs, digital takeovers and more., • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners—building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring the long-term success of campaigns., • Performance & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs, compile post-campaign reports, and optimize future partnerships based on performance, fan engagement, and partner feedback., • 3–5+ years in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or related fields., • Strong track record of securing and managing brand deals in music, entertainment, or lifestyle., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills., • Passion for music, culture, and creative storytelling., • Must reside in the area of Nashville TennesseeCompany DescriptionWe are a multi-platform Entertainment Group which spans music, film, television, digital media, graphic novels, magazine publishing, concerts, festivals, tours and events.
