Your Role: As a Selling Service HVAC Technician, your expertise will be vital in diagnosing HVAC system issues while engaging homeowners with clarity, confidence, and professionalism. If you have a robust HVAC background and a passion for consultative sales, you could be the perfect fit for our dynamic team. Your ability to identify solutions and communicate options effectively will not only drive revenue but also transform customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate HVAC Systems: Perform comprehensive evaluations to provide homeowners with clear, customized options for repair, replacement, or upgrades., • In-Home Consultations: Conduct thorough assessments, building rapport with customers to present tailored solutions that meet their unique needs., • Close the Deal: Utilize a professional consultative selling process to convert opportunities into successful sales and satisfied customers., • Collaborate: Follow up on leads and ensure seamless transitions from diagnosis to solution., • Set and Exceed Sales Goals: Challenge yourself to meet and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets through dedication and expertise., • Educate Clients: Empower customers with knowledge about products, services, financing options, and energy efficiency, ensuring they make informed decisions., • Documentation: Ensure all paperwork and financing documents are completed accurately and promptly for a smooth customer experience. What You Bring to the Table: • A minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience, with at least 1 year in a sales or consultative role., • A proven track record in in-home sales with high close rates., • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of building trust and long-term relationships., • In-depth knowledge of residential HVAC systems, products, and relevant codes., • EPA certification, TDLR card, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and all tools to properly perform the daily assigned tasks., • A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, eager to mentor and develop apprentice colleagues., • Proficient in ductless repair, diagnosis, and multi-zone design.
