This position will work closely with a Mitigation Project Manager to carry out a project from beginning to end. For those who know restoration. We have a very relaxed on-call schedule shared with a multiple other techs. Our rotation is just Friday night till Monday. Essential Functions • Will be sent as first responder to new water losses., • Relay all information back to the Project Manager assigned to the project., • Required to document all paperwork/scope/readings/white board/texts., • Be able to make decisions that affect the outcome of the project on-site., • They are responsible for all customer communication including emails.
