Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team in Charlotte, NC. This is a generalist role that provides support across all aspects of human resources, including payroll, recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and day-to-day employee support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail are essential. Top candidates will bring problem-solving ability, discretion, and a solid understanding of employee relations, staffing, and conflict resolution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests., • Maintain employee files., • Assist with the recruitment process. Creating job postings, managing candidate flow, performing pre-employment screening, issuing offer letters, completing new hire paperwork, entering employee data. Onboarding of new hires., • Process personnel transactions., • Assist with benefit enrollments for new hires and annual enrollment., • Assist with performance management., • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events., • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices., • Assist with administration of 401(k) plans., • Assist with payroll processing., • High school diploma., • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator preferred., • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations., • Effective HR administration and people management skills., • Exposure to payroll practices., • Experience using an HRIS is required; prior experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred., • Understanding of HR functions and best practices., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines., • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools., • Fantastic organizational and time management skills., • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
