Learn more on our website: The Proposal and Marketing Specialist works closely with senior marketing staff andtechnical staff, receiving guidance while building confidence and skill in proposal coordinationand marketing content development. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: • Developand prepareproposaldrafts,qualificationspackages, and interview materials, working closely with subject matter expertsand pursuit teams on key messaging., • Coordinate with our graphic designerto formatproposals and marketing materialstomakeourmaterialsshine and visually communicate keymessages., • Manage the proposal development process, includingassigningdeadlines, assembling required components, and tracking submission requirements., • Work with technical staff to updateour libraryofproject descriptions,staff resumes,boilerplate materials,website content, and marketing brochures., • Edit and proofreadmaterialsto ensure clarity and consistency., • Searchprocurement sitesfor relevant Requests for Proposals., • Update andmaintainourmarketingcontent libraryinour asset managementsystem., • Supportclient and market research efforts as assigned., • Manageswaginventory, business cardsorders,andsponsorships,andprovide support to technical staff attendingconferencesasneeded,includingcoordinating/schedulingclient appreciation events., • Support with updatingcorporatewebsite,Intranet, and social mediapresence., • Support as-needed communications and marketing assignments. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of experience and training that wouldlikely providethe required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. Typical ways to obtain the required knowledge and abilities include: • 8years of experiencein theAECindustry., • -OR- aBachelorsdegree from an accredited college or university inmarketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant disciplineplus a minimum of 4years of professional experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: • Current and valid driver's license and clean driving record. VALUED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Word andPowerpoint., • Graphic design experience using Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is a plus.
