Job Description We are seeking a sharp, dependable, and highly motivated Field and Warehouse Assistant who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within our company and eventually take on a key role in operations management. This is a full-time, flexible, hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to take on a large and varied set of responsibilities. We are looking for a true jack-of-all-trades with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the business. This role offers significant room for growth, with the opportunity to develop into a leadership position overseeing warehouse operations, purchasing, logistics, and field scheduling. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESImmediate responsibilities include: • Receive, inspect, and ship orders, • Program equipment and prepare units for deployment, • Deliver materials, equipment, and completed orders, • Manage warehouse organization, inventory, and daily operations, • Assist with building issues, general maintenance, and upkeep, • Operate forklift equipment safely, • Build and ship Skyguard boxes, • Provide backup support for field work, including some public works (PW) assignments, • Assist our technicians/installers in the field as needed, • Support project teams with onsite deliveries, setup, and installation assistance Future growth responsibilities may include:, • Purchasing and vendor coordination, • Logistics planning for ERRCS/DAS and related projects, • Field scheduling and workforce coordination, • Operational support and process improvement, • Taking on broader day-to-day operations responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, • Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained), • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, • Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work, • Must be open to flexibility in daily responsibilities and scheduling, • Willingness to assist technicians/installers in the field as operational needs require, • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable stepping in wherever needed, whether in the warehouse, on deliveries, or supporting our field technicians and installers onsite.
