American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in St. Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: CT Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 10/13/2025, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 10 hours, nights, • Work in a Level 1 trauma, short term acute care teaching hospital, • Perform CT scans in both inpatient and outpatient settings, • Handle complex cases using Siemens scanners, • Patient population includes adult and ICU patients, • Procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CT angiograms, and multiplanar reconstruction, • Night shifts, 4x10 hours from 20:00 to 06:30, • Every other weekend is required, • Floating within the hospital within scope may be required, • Uses Epic for EMR documentation; Epic experience is required, • Expected to perform a variety of advanced and complex CT procedures including head/neck, chest, spine, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstructions, • Proficiency in procedures such as aspirations, biopsies, brain perfusion, colonography, arthrography, drainage, myelography, and transplant studies is preferred, • Scrub colors permitted are black, red, or white, • No on-call requirement, • No local candidates within a 75-mile radius will be considered, • No more than 7 days of requested time off allowed per 13-week contract, and no time off during the first week of orientation, • Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning as a traveler, • Travelers may remain for a period of 18 months and must take a 3-month break after that period, • Must pass fit testing for N95 masks; facial hair must allow for proper mask fit, • Monthly parking passes are available for travelers\n \n Requirements\n, • Active ARRT (CT) certification required at time of consideration, • Minimum of 2 years CT technologist experience required, • BLS certification required, • Valid state license required; Missouri requires license in hand at time of submission; Illinois requires license in hand at time of submission, • Experience with Siemens CT scanners preferred, • Experience in PACS, contrast procedures is required, • Experience in Level 1 trauma, teaching hospital, or large hospital setting is preferred, • Skill in IV starts, portables, and biopsies is preferred, • Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility, • First-time travelers will be considered\n Benefits\n, • High Pay and Bonuses, • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options, • 401(k) Plan, • Weekly Payroll Deposit, • Free Online CEUs, • Generous Housing Allowance, • Travel and Licensure Reimbursements, • Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy With thousands of travel nursing and allied jobs nationwide, our attentive and approachable recruiters find positions that align perfectly with your career aspirations and personal requirements.
