Job Summary Recruiter/HR Administrative Assistant manages all recruitment procedures and will handle the selection and hiring to support different projects. Responsible for achieving staff objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing screening processes. Essential Functions • Builds and maintains applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, internet sites, and external job boards; provides organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; and builds and maintains professional rapport to attract qualified candidates., • Recommends and implements recruitment strategies, including researching recruitment websites, job fairs, and other sourcing methods, and plans and coordinates job fairs and recruitment events., • Posts job advertisements; organizes, reviews, and screens resumes and applications; interviews candidates; evaluates qualifications including knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude; verifies references; and compares applicant qualifications to job requirements., • Completes the full recruitment cycle for qualified applicants, including scheduling and conducting interviews; conducting background, credit, judiciary, drug, and reference checks; assisting with pre-employment processes., • Updates, maintains, monitors, and audits the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), career site, and other external posting platforms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. Education/Work Experience: Level: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. • Minimum of 3years of progressive experience in full cycle recruiting experience., • Minimum of 2 years of ATS management., • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)., • Excellent interviewing skills. Working Conditions/ Physical Effort Work is performed mostly in an office setting. Some overnight travel; public speaking, evening and weekend work are requirements of the position. Regular computer work is also required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; finger, handle, or feel objects, or control; reach; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
