Job Description Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt Hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday; 37.5 hours/week Location: Orlando/Kissimmee FL We are in search of a bilingual (English/Spanish) supervisor for our Orlando and Kissimmee Customer Service Representatives. Primary work will be in the Orlando office with occasional travel to the Kissimmee office. This position will begin as a supervisor with the potential for promotion. We are in need of a candidate with experience in leading teams, motivating staff, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. This position will be a working CSR Supervisor, completing enrollments and answering phones along with their staff. Who are we? Summary of essential job functions: • Customer Service Supervisor for Orlando and Kissimmee offices., • Maintain confidential supervisory notes on direct reports, coaching and counseling as needed., • Maintain a high standard of customer service in each office and perform CSR duties as needed., • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner., • Review resumes and conduct interviews for CSR positions., • Track and record all direct reports’ attendance. Approve or decline PTO requests. Make corrections to timecards as needed. Approve bi-weekly payroll., • Ensure each assigned office is appropriately staffed at all times., • Communicate with assigned outer offices to determine their needs., • Visit assigned outer offices as needed., • Monitor CSRs’ performance and behavior to identify areas of improvement., • Monitor CSRs’ calls to ensure quality of service., • Register clients by phone and in person, including processing fees for each registration., • Verify class attendance and provide the client with a certificate of completion., • Perform file reviews daily on new registrations to ensure each file is appropriately completed., • Provide change to each CSR cash bag when needed., • Collect daily cash and deliver it to accounting on a daily basis., • Create reports from CARS and CompMan and deliver them to accounting daily., • Review daily reconciliation reports, make corrections when necessary and provide the accounting department with updated reports after each correction., • Maintain an adequate number of office supplies and materials., • Ensure all office and classroom areas are maintained are present a professional image of FSC., • Attend monthly Senior Staff Meetings and all other meetings as required. Minimum requirements: • Five (5) years supervisory experience preferred., • Five (5) years customer service and computer data entry experience required., • Bilingual in English and Spanish required., • Experience with Microsoft products a plus., • High school diploma or equivalent. Abilities required: • Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching., • May require lifting up to 25 pounds., • Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, the telephone and other office equipment., • Requires normal range of hearing and vision., • Interaction primarily with clients and co-workers.
