Desde Adecco Selección buscamos un/a Técnico/a Soporte con Alemán e inglés para incorporarse a un importante fabricante del sector de climatización. Las principales funciones del puesto son las siguientes: -Atender y gestionar las consultas de los clientes profesionales (instaladores, distribuidores,...) a través de diferentes canales (llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos, chat web y WhatsApp), para dar soporte técnico/a ante incidencias técnicos/as en reparación o instalación del producto. -Resolver dudas y ofrecer soporte utilizando las herramientas disponibles, garantizando una atención eficiente y adaptada a las necesidades de cada cliente.
